I’m Sean Buckley, a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) under clinical supervision. I offer a professional, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on, uncover the strengths you already have, and develop real-world skills for change.

How I Work


My practice is grounded in empathy and genuine connection. I take an integrative approach, applying techniques, concepts and skills from empirically validated modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I will collaborate with you to build a personalized approach that works best for you.


I specialize in guiding clients through:

  • Life transitions — Going to college, starting a new career, retirement 

  • Men’s emotional health & relationship dynamics

  • Anxiety, depression, and grief 

  • Substance use, recovery support and creating a life rooted in meaning
